The $350 design session.

One payment covers a 60-minute virtual retreat planning session for one organization or private group. We explore objectives, participants, timing, destinations, hospitality priorities, and budget direction. It is a consultation, separate from accommodations, event production, venue services, and retreat attendance. It is not a retreat deposit and is not automatically credited to future event fees.

Scheduling

After payment, share your preferred times and timezone through our private inquiry form. We arrange the session personally and confirm the appointment in writing. Payment does not book an automatic calendar slot. If we cannot agree on a session time before confirmation, you may request a full refund.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Once your appointment is confirmed in writing, the session fee is nonrefundable for a cancellation or nonattendance. You may reschedule once by giving at least 48 hours’ notice; the replacement session must take place within 90 days of the original appointment. If ProIntentum cancels and you do not accept a replacement appointment, we refund the session fee in full.

Retreat payments.

Pay in full or choose a 50% provisional deposit for the March 2027 Executive Reset and September 2027 Beauty Leaders’ Retreat. Full payment is the primary option. All amounts below are in USD. Full payment leaves no balance; the deposit option leaves the balance shown, which is not charged automatically.

While your booking is provisional

Exact dates, final venue arrangements, inclusions, and room configurations are still being finalized. Your payment, whether full or a deposit, is fully refundable until you accept the final offer and we confirm your booking in writing. You may request that refund at any time during this provisional stage. We also refund your payment in full if we decline your application, cannot accommodate you, cancel the experience, or you do not accept the final dates or package. A payment is not an automatic invitation, confirmed room reservation, or authorization to book travel.

The package total and all mandatory charges will be disclosed before confirmation. We do not add a separate fee at checkout. Any change to the proposed total, including applicable taxes, must be disclosed and accepted while you retain the option of a full provisional-payment refund. Optional extras require separate agreement. Airfare is separate; do not make nonrefundable travel arrangements before receiving written confirmation.

When your booking is confirmed

Confirmation requires your acceptance of the exact dates, venue, room arrangement, final inclusions, total price, and applicable property terms, followed by our written confirmation. Your payment is credited toward that package. If you paid in full, there is no remaining package balance. If you chose a deposit, the remaining balance is due 30 days before the confirmed start date. For a booking confirmed within 30 days of arrival, the balance is due at confirmation. We send a separate payment request; this checkout does not authorize recurring billing or an automatic balance charge.

Guest cancellations after confirmation

For cancellation more than 30 days before the start date, refunds are limited to uncommitted funds and amounts actually recovered from the venue and other suppliers for your booking. We explain any documented, nonrecoverable booking costs; no refund amount is guaranteed at that stage. Within 30 days of the start date, cancellations and nonattendance are nonrefundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We will still make reasonable recovery efforts in emergencies and return any recoverable amounts owed to you.

Changes, credits, and substitutions

Rescheduling, guest substitutions, and credits depend on the venue’s and suppliers’ policies and availability and require written approval. Additional supplier charges may apply only with your agreement. Credits are not a general ProIntentum account balance and cannot automatically be transferred between properties, retreats, countries, or attendees. A credit associated with an Amrit booking cannot automatically be applied to a retreat at another property.

If ProIntentum cancels or materially changes the retreat

If we cancel your retreat, or materially change the confirmed dates, venue, or package and you decline the revised offer, we refund the amounts you paid to ProIntentum for the affected booking. Travel or other services purchased independently are governed by their providers’ terms.

Occupancy, admission, and capacity

Each package covers only the stated number of registered attendees. A two-person package never includes additional guests simply because they share a room. The Executive Reset is capped at 40 participants; Beauty Leaders is capped at 30. Admission is subject to fit, availability, and written confirmation. Larger groups should request a tailored proposal.

Travel protection

You may wish to arrange suitable travel insurance independently and review its coverage, exclusions, and cancellation provisions. Insurance is not included, and we do not promise that any policy will cover a cancellation.

We review legitimate concerns fairly. These terms do not restrict your statutory rights or your right to raise a legitimate dispute with your payment provider.
