Airfare is separate. Ski passes, equipment, transfers, spa treatments, and other optional experiences are included only if expressly listed in the final package.

The fee covers the one-hour consultation. It is separate from retreat costs and does not reserve rooms, confirm travel dates, or include event production. Session timing is arranged personally; payment does not select a calendar slot.
For organizations, a place in the Collective grows through participation. After your company completes two separate ProIntentum events, we invite you to join the Collective, subject to our review of fit and shared values. Joining is entirely voluntary, and different team members may represent your company at each event.
No separate membership fee. Receive invitations to future Collective gatherings, advance booking opportunities, and access to The Perspective. For our opening calendar, remain active by RSVPing and paying the required deposit for at least one eligible event each membership year.
As our calendar grows, participation will shape a deeper connection: Collective, Gold, and Inner Circle. Our planned levels recognize the organizations that keep returning, contributing, and building relationships across the room.
Gold and Inner Circle are planned levels of recognition, with additional benefits to be announced as the program develops. Future attendance remains subject to suitability, availability, and separate event pricing. Membership does not guarantee seats or include retreats.

A deeper commitment.
At the heart of the Collective.
Planned minimum shares of eligible annual events, rounded up to whole events. Percentage levels begin once at least four eligible events are held in a year. With four events, the thresholds are one, two, and three completed events respectively.
Membership follows the company. Multiple attendees at one event count as one occasion. Deposits maintain active participation; completed attendance earns recognition. Cancelled or refunded bookings, consultations, and private events unavailable to your company do not count. Your invitation will set out the eligible calendar, annual requirements, and available benefits; requirements will not increase mid-year. Once percentage levels begin, active membership requires bookings for at least 25% of eligible annual events, rounded up with a minimum of one.
