This note explains how the inquiry form on this website handles the information you choose to share.

What you share

The form asks for your name, email, and the subject of your inquiry. Your company or role is required for a corporate curation inquiry and otherwise optional. You may also share a message, industry, group size, timing, destination preferences, and budget direction. Future updates are optional. Please do not include medical information, financial details, or other sensitive personal information.

Why we collect it

The ProIntentum Collective uses your inquiry to respond to you and discuss the retreat, private experience, or relationship you’re interested in. If you separately opt in, your preference to receive future retreat and Collective updates is recorded.

Where your inquiry goes

Your submission is saved in a private database used by this website. It is not displayed publicly. Website and hosting service providers process information as part of operating the service. This site does not take payments through the inquiry form.

Your choices

To ask about your inquiry, correct your information, request deletion, or withdraw your interest in future updates, contact info@prointentum.com. Include your inquiry reference if you have it.

Your welcome preference

The optional arrival experience remembers whether you have seen it and your playback preference in this browser. Session storage prevents repeated automatic playback as you move through the site. These settings are not sent with your inquiry. You can change the preference under “The arrival” at the top of the page, or remove it by clearing this website’s browser data.

Site operation

This website does not include advertising trackers. Its hosting service may process technical information needed to operate and secure the website. Access to a private preview may require a separate sign-in handled by the hosting provider.
