Four days and three nights, with accommodation, the planned dining package, and the curated group program for one participant.

$12,000 USD total · two guests · one shared room

For two colleagues, business partners, or other approved guests sharing one room. Four days and three nights, with the planned dining package and curated group program for each of the two participants.

$6,000 per person, booked together. This package covers exactly two attendees. Bed configuration is subject to confirmation.

Every participant has a place in the experience.

The shared-room price covers two people, including their dining and program participation. Additional guests are priced separately and require approval; they are not included by sharing the same room. Two private rooms are two single-occupancy packages: $12,400 total.

Airfare is separate. Ski passes, equipment, transfers, spa treatments, and other optional experiences are included only if expressly listed in the final package.

What is planned for Energy Titans: Renewed?
A four-day, three-night retreat in December 2027 for leaders in renewable energy and related fields. The gathering will be capped at 40 participants. Exact dates and the venue are to be announced; inquiries are considered for fit and do not reserve a place.
How does shared-room pricing work?
The planned $12,000 USD package covers exactly two guests sharing one room, including the dining and program allocation for each guest. It does not cover additional people staying in that room. Two separate private rooms are $6,200 each, or $12,400 total. Final room and bed configurations will be confirmed before payment.
Do I need to ski?
No. The experience is being designed around restoration and connection, with optional winter activities where the venue and conditions allow. Non-skiers will have room for fireside conversations, restorative time, and the final venue’s hospitality offerings. Ski passes, equipment, and lessons are not currently included.
Can our organization attend as a group?
Yes. Share your anticipated headcount and preferred room arrangements. We will review availability and fit and prepare a group proposal. Every attendee counts toward the 40-participant maximum.
